  • Payment Information: When you purchase an alert or subscription, your payment details are processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.
  • Booking Payment Information: If you enable "Book it for me automatically" or submit a "We'll book it for you" request, credit or debit card details are collected and stored by our PCI-certified payment vault provider (EmailMeForm) and never touch our servers; your card security code (CVV) is held only until your booking is completed and is never retained. Disney Gift Card details are stored by us in encrypted form. In all cases, stored payment details are deleted once your booking is completed or your request is cancelled.
